John W. O'Neill, age 72, of Prospect, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021, in Butler Memorial Hospital following an illness.

Born July 1, 1948 in Pittsburgh, son of the late John A. and Walburga Neff O'Neill.

John had recently retired from Home Depot, where he assisted countless customers in the plumbing and the paint departments.

He was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

John is survived by his wife of 46 years, Marion Kudika O'Neill, whom he married March 1, 1975; one son, Michael O'Neill and his wife, Kelly, of Belleville, IL; four grandchildren, Kendall, Riley, Griffin and Connor O'Neill; five siblings. Joseph O'Neill and his wife, Rosemary, of Beaver County; Maureen Houlihan and her husband, Daniel, of Zelienople; Larry O'Neill of Beaver County; Charles O'Neill and his wife, Marjorie, of Beaver County; and Gregory O'Neill and his wife, Lynn, of Columbus, OH.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Elaine O'Neill.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday at Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Kevin Fazio officiating.
