Candace J. Codispot, age 72, of Butler, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 21, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born May 2, 1946 in East Liverpool, OH, she was a daughter of the late James and Emma Morgan.

Candace was a former nurses' aide for Newhaven Court.

She was a member of Saint Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church.

Candace is survived by four children, Michael Codispot, Jr., of Butler, Michelle Ziegler, of Butler, Richard Codispot and his wife Melissa, of Chicora, and David Codispot, of Butler; one sister, Connie Mason, of Ohio; one brother, Ronald Morgan, of Valencia; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael R. Codispot, Sr., who passed away October 19, 2010.

There will be no visitation or funeral services.
