Blaine A. "Rukka" Rakarich, age 52, of West Sunbury, passed away at his residence on Mon., Feb. 13, 2023.

Born Jan. 28, 1971 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of Robert A. Rakarich and the late Elizabeth L. Amszi Rakarich.

He was employed for 34 years as a CNC operator at United Plate Glass Company.

While Rukka enjoyed radio-controlled cars and 3-gun shoots, his number one enjoyment was motorcycles and his cats.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara J. Dunlop Rakarich, whom he married May 21, 2011; his father, Robert A. Rakarich, of Butler; three siblings, Rebecca Jackman and her partner, Jon McMurdy, of Slippery Rock, Brian Rakarich and his wife, Christie, of Butler, and Brad Rakarich and his wife, Bonnie, of Butler; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth L. Amszi Rakarich.

Friends will be received in the Martin Funeral Home, Inc., 429 Center Ave., Butler, on Thursday from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Burial will take place in St, Mary's Cemetery, Herman.
